You have 30 calendar days (7 calendar days for Clearance Sale items) to return an item from the date of dispatch. Please contact us before returning any items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please be aware that you are responsible for the items until they are received by us. Please ensure that they are securely packaged and make a note of your tracking number and obtain proof of postage.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.


You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty Items

If you find the item(s) faulty, please contact us as soon as you find that out. We shall arrange for the return and inspection of the items. Your item(s) needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Faulty items shall be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
